I think I'm in a pre-midlife crisis! 🫠 Ok maybe that's dramatic. But there's been something about getting closer to 40 that is making me come alive or anxious (if you ask my therapist) to make sure my life has room in it to be creative, fully human, and intentional. 

Which is why I started making content. I wanted to document my growth and show other men it's okay to go after healing that's actually holistic. Mental, physical, emotional, professional, in whatever ways you value.
