I think I'm in a pre-midlife crisis. Somewhere near forty, I've come alive to making sure my life has room in it to be creative, fully human, and intentional — which is a fancy way of saying I'm in the middle of a glow up.

That's why I started making content. I wanted to document it, and tell other men it's okay to go after healing that's actually holistic. Mental, physical, emotional, professional, in whatever ways you value.

And between the AI boom and a growing sensitivity to my own nervous system, I've been finding reasons to get off my device. That's landed me somewhere I didn't expect: caring a lot about craftsmanship. Leather journals, ceramics, woodwork. Things somebody had to be creative, fully human, and intentional to make.
